Entry to Yalata Lands is only allowed once a Permit has been issued and is only valid for the named guests listed on the Permit. Permits will be issued via email within five working days of receiving and reviewing your application.

Jaxson’s is on Aboriginal owned land. This Land is managed by Yalata Anangu Aboriginal Corporation and the Yalata Land Management Unit for conservation of biodiversity and the sustainability of traditional cultures. Entering Yalata Lands requires a Permit.

The Yalata Community is proud of Our Land and we invite you to share the experience with us and enjoy your visit. However, with the impacts of visitor numbers having a detrimental effect on vegetation and preservation of sacred sites on Yalata Lands, we need to monitor visitor numbers through our strict Permit system.

The Permit system ensures visitors are aware of their responsibilities, as there are rules and regulations which are abnormal to the surrounding lands. The full conditions of entry are listed here.

The funds collected through the Permit system help to aid our Land Management activities and provide Rangers to ensure the Lands are protected and the health and safety of visitors is overseen.
